Check it out! The Command Center has a new main menu, "SGC 2010". You can access the registration form directly from that menu.

Be sure to Register for SGC 2010! SGC 2010 has a tentative date range of July 16, 17, and 18 (GMT -5). Be sure to sign up for the championships so you can be included in the events!

The CCMUSH Tutorial is ready!

I just finished writing "version 1.0" of the CCMUSH Tutorial - a howto guide on interacting with people, places, and things (and building things and places) in the Command Center's text-based games (host of text RPGs including the new "Stargate Evolution" RPG).

The Command Center now has it's very own text-based RPG server!

About a week ago the server was installed and basic configuration was set-up. It's still a young server but it's ready for you to join and participate!

The CCMUSH (the server) is hosting a number of community-based creations including the upcoming text RPG called "Stargate Evolution".

If you are in a Stargate gaming group you can now be included among the Command Center's site partners!

Refer to CC's Link to Us page (in the "Links" menu) to add the Command Center's banner and link to your group's site.

Provide your site's link and banner (URL to your banner, and the banner needs to be 468x60) to the Command Center via CC's Contact page (in the "Info" menu).

Stargate gaming groups can now challenge other gaming groups to battle via the "Group Challenge" form available at the Command Center!

It's simple:

Create an account or log in to the Command Center. (Accessible from the "Control Panel" menu.)

Navigating your way through the Command Center is easy, though if you are a newcomer it might help to have an idea of what exactly is available and where to access it.

Stargate Gaming Championships 2010!


The Command Center (http://commandcenter.cc) and Stargate Gaming Info (http://sggaminginfo.com) are working in a joint effort to rally together members of the Stargate gaming community and Stargate gaming groups to participate in the first official Stargate Gaming Championships!

This tournament is available to both individuals and gaming groups!

The projected date of the tournament will be Summer 2010.

The Command Center fully practices the nondisclosure of information received from the studio that is not to be released to the public.

Any news about the studio or games that comes from the Command Center is only publicly released with the explicit permission of the studio.

If any member of the Command Center ever leaks information that the studio has requested not be disclosed to the public and it gets back to me, I will promptly remove them and maybe even ban them from the site.

It's official! The Command Center now has a complete team of moderators, maintainers, and news anchors! In an effort to help keep all of the sections of the site in proper working order we established an ensemble cast of site members who have extra privileges and permissions that assist the rest of the members (and visitors) in having an enjoyable experience while using the Command Center.

The Command Center Forums recently received a significant update including the addition of new forums and revisions to some of the previous forums.
